My name is Loren, I live with my mam and dad in Chester-Le-Street. We have 14 dogs, Jack and Jake who are both terrier crosses, our eight Rottweilers, Conner, Memphis, Gus, Saxon, Desi, Baby D, Roxy and Gucci, our 3 Japanese Shiba Inu's Ruby, Diva and Cotton. Not to forget our Bulldog Gracie. I also have 2 Rosella Parakeets, a Hampster and a Rabbit. I dont think I need to tell you that we are animal lovers!

We got our 1st Rottweiler early 2004, Cooper. He was bought as a pet but I later gave him a try in the show ring. We soon discovered that Cooper was much more suited to lazing around the house than performing in the show ring!! Next to come along was Desi. I began ringcraft training with her from a young age, she has proven she loves the attention of performing in the show ring. At her first champ show she qualified for crufts 2006!!!!! Then for my mams birthday, my dad and I bought Conner for her. He is younger brother to Cooper, he too prefers lazing around the house!!! Before Conner came along, our Breeder, Mel at Trudos contacted us regarding a bitch she had bred and along came Roxy. Although she is litter sister to Cooper, she is very energetic. So much so she qualified for Crufts 2006 due to her competance in agility. Next came Baby D, who is litter sister to Desi. Like her litter sister she loves the show ring. Unfortunately i can only show 1 dog at a time so my dad began to show Baby. Bless him for trying but he hated every minute of it. Then our good friend Sarah offered to show her, and we have to say that Baby has done well, occasionally being placed higher than Desi at open shows.

That was it, we had the bug, not only do we get to love and be loved by these amazing animals, we get to spend more time as a family unit with our dogs. As you know, training and showing is a big committment and we work together on this.

Next to the family was Diva and Ruby. They are Japenese Shiba Inu's from Ruby Adey who has helped to train our Rotts. They came home in November 05. In early 2006 along came Gus he is a stunning male and has proven he can hold his own in the show ring. Memphis came to us as his owner was moving abroad and had asked Mel to take him. We fell in love with his wonderful nature and he came to our family around May 2006. He is also litter brother to Cooper and Roxy. Later in the 2006 our good friends Nik and Becky at Emberez Bred a great litter of Bulldogs and we couldnt resist our little girl. Also helping to broaden my showing ability.

In December 2006 our girl Baby D gave birth to a wonderfull litter, this is where Saxon and Gucci came from, at the moment they are showing great potential and will be in the show ring summer 2007.

ALL of our dogs go to regular training classes in ringcraft, obedience and agility. They all have certificates in The Good Citizenship Scheme and Desi has also passed her GOLD! All of our dogs are of sound temperament, they are all loving pets before they are show dogs and will NEVER be re-homed.

I have experienced bitterness whilst in the show ring with my dogs, however, I do this for a hobby and I enjoy spending time with my dogs. I am not driven by placings, as long as the dogs enjoy the day out.

You may be thinking that it sounds like a bit of a mad house, well you would be right, but they all have amazing natures and they can all be very enternaining!
